Friendly Reminders for Next Week

Dear Team 15 Families,

The end is almost here.  We are crazy busy in school!  Here are some reminders for next week:

Monday: Beach Day

• Bring a towel, favorite book, and wear beach type clothes (no bathing suits except boys can wear their swim shorts if they want)
• Apply sunscreen in the morning
• Pack extra sunscreen for school and Stephanie and I can re-apply as it is going to be a hot day.
• Bring a water bottle
• Kids may want to wear a baseball hat and/ or sunglasses.  

Tuesday: Bubbles and Book Fair at 9:30am

• If students want to buy books during our time at the book fair, please send money to school with your child in a ziplock bag or envelope with your child's name written on the front.
• The book fair is also open before and after school (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) and during the school picnic next week.  

**Students should bring a baseball hat and sunglasses to leave at school by Tuesday.  They can bring them home after the Open House.  Thanks!!**

Wednesday:  Field Day and Picnic Lunch

• Students should wear a white t-shirt (it can have images/ words)
• Bring a water bottle labeled with your child's name
• Dress for the weather 
• Wear sneakers
• Students should bring a snack in a paper bag.  
• Apply sunscreen in the morning before school.
• Lunch- If students are buying lunch, the cafeteria is making bag lunches for the kids. The  Lunch options are Bagel lunch, turkey, peanut butter or peanut butter and jelly sandwich ONLY!  Bag lunch with popcorn, carrot bag fresh fruit or craisins.   Please go over these options with your child as I need to let them know on Monday how many people are buying what. 
• Bring a towel for the picnic lunch.

Field Day Volunteers

• If you volunteered to come to Field Day to help out with our class, please arrive by 8:45 at the latest.  We will leave to walk to the High School about 9:00am.
• Please bring a backpack to help hold water bottles, snacks, and sweatshirts.
• All parents are welcome to come!  

Thursday: Open House and Create Day 

• Our Open House is from 8:30-9:30am.  We hope all families can attend!  
• If you have any recycled materials at home, bring them in.  Thanks!

Friday: Game Day

• Wear sneakers
• Bring a water bottle
• Apply sunscreen before school
• Kids might want to bring a baseball hat
